*Loan Modification Refund of Retainer. If Law Firm is unable to obtain any interest rate reduction, principal reduction, interest forbearance, short sale, short refinance, deed in lieu of foreclosure, loan extension, loan modification, or deferred payment, Law Firm shall refund Client $2,450.00. This amount reflects the Client's payment less a $500.00 processing fee. However, in the event that Law Firm secures any of the above relief, and Client elects not to accept the relief, Client shall NOT be entitled to a refund of any fees. In addition, if Law Firm attends the Mediation on Client's behalf, there shall be NO REFUND.
